All orders are lovingly packed and shipped from our studio within 2–4 business days. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your scrunchies on their journey to you.

We currently ship within Canada and the U.S. via trusted carriers.  

Enjoy free shipping on Canadian orders over $45—a gentle nudge to treat yourself or bundle a few favorites. For U.S. orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

🔄 Returns

We want you to feel over the moon about your order. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 20 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

•  Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

•  Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

•  Original shipping fees are non-refundable
